Develop software systematically: You'll learn object-oriented analysis and design and will be able to implement the entire software development process—from modeling to testing to integration—in a practical way.
Contents
- Introduction: V-model as structural template for SE1 and SE2
- Object-oriented terms: repetition, test, supplement
- Object-oriented analysis
- Object-oriented design
- Component tests
- Integration tests
- Collaboration in teams of 8 to 12 people, manage these teams
- Configuration management
- Development of a GUI applying the Observer-Pattern
- Introduction to project management
Competencies
Students are able to
- explain the interaction of object-oriented analysis and design to programming,
- describe the relationship between static and dynamic modeling and to display it using different UML diagram types,
- transfer these object-oriented concepts into the language Java and
- state examples of typical problems that may occur during the development of software and
- understand what can be achieved with tests, to explain the relationship between BB, WB and GB tests, and to implement component tests with JUnit.
