Deliver Practical Solutions: Work in a small team to complete a real-world project from requirements analysis to customer delivery. Apply project management methods and combine your technical expertise with your interpersonal skills to successfully lead your team.
Contents
- Students work independently in small teams of approximately five members to develop a software product.
- The project covers all phases, from the initial product idea through deployment for the customer.
- An external client defines the product requirements and, where applicable, the project requirements.
- Development follows the Scrum framework.
- Technical knowledge is drawn from courses in the foundation curriculum, while workshops focus on developing teamwork and other interpersonal skills.
