Deliver Practical Solutions: Work in a small team to complete a real-world project from requirements analysis to customer delivery. Apply project management methods and combine your technical expertise with your interpersonal skills to successfully lead your team.
Contents
- Teams of 5 implement a product; they organize themselves
- The project starts with an idea presented by the customer, it ends with the delivery of a product to the customer
- The customer is a regional company, who provides requirements on product and project
- The development process is Scrum
- Technical skills are a prerequisite (tought in the preceding semesters), social skills are provided in team development workshops
